This support group is designed for adults who identify as neurodivergent—including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other forms of cognitive diversity—who want a space to connect, share experiences, and gain support. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or are exploring your neurodivergence, this group offers a welcoming and understanding environment where you can discuss challenges, celebrate strengths, and learn practical strategies for navigating life.

Led by therapist, Hannah Schonewill, we’ll explore topics like navigating daily challenges, relationships, self-advocacy, and self-care while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Additionally, we’ll discuss practical tips for improving daily routines, managing behavioral differences, and accessing resources such as specialized therapies and educational support.
