This deepened her passion for supporting others on their own paths, leading her to earn a master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee in 2018.
Hannah is dedicated to helping you process the past while equipping you with a personalized set of coping skills that you can rely on for years to come. She integrates evidence-based approaches, drawing from traditional psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based perspective, and motivational interviewing to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change.
As a certified doula, she is specifically trained and experienced in aiding the perinatal and postpartum population. Her advanced experience in familial dynamics allows her to help those navigating parenting or family struggles, physical, mental and emotional healing, identity shifts after becoming a parent, managing expectations, fostering self-compassion and validating those experiencing anxiety and depression. Hannah cares deeply about walking alongside mothers as they walk through all phases of the perinatal journey including pregnancy loss, the prenatal period, and the adjustment to motherhood.
Hannah grew up in the Colorado Springs area and moved to Nashville with her husband in 2014. They quickly grew to consider Nashville their forever home, and now share it with their dog, cat, and two kids.
