Our therapists hold the following licenses: PhD, LCSW, or pre-licensed therapists are available for a reduced rate.
Please note, we serve individuals who are 18 and older.
Certain therapists can provide teletherapy to 35 states.
RATES: $60-$200 for 50 minutes.
Please note that The Happy Hour is a private pay practice. We do not work directly with insurance providers or issue superbills (which require an NPI number, Tax ID, and diagnostic code). Our studio is cashless, and we gladly accept all major credit cards along with HSA and FSA cards.

Couples Therapy
Couples counseling provides a supportive space for any pair—whether romantic partners, family members, or close collaborators—seeking professional guidance to strengthen their relationship or deepen mutual understanding. Prepare and Enrich
Build a stronger, more connected relationship with our six-session Prepare & Enrich series designed for couples at every stage; premarital, married, or parenting.
Rooted in decades of research, Prepare & Enrich is the gold standard in relationship assessments, helping couples understand their unique dynamics and grow in meaningful ways.
Each session offers personalized insights into your relationship strengths and areas for growth, empowering you to communicate better, resolve conflict effectively, and deepen emotional connection. Guided by your choice of either Christa Booker, MMFT or Sam Wilson, LPC-MHSP (temp), you’ll learn practical tools and proven strategies to strengthen your bond and build lasting satisfaction. This series isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, understanding, and creating a relationship that thrives.
Whether you’re preparing for marriage, enriching your partnership, or navigating the challenges of family life, this experience helps you feel more confident and connected. Our mission is simple: to help couples build strong, resilient relationships and reduce the divorce rate across the board. Program Details:
You’ll meet for six sessions with a certified Prepare and Enrich counselor who will guide you through meaningful conversations and practical tools to strengthen your relationship.
- Session 1: We’ll start with an easygoing interview to get to know you both and explore your relationship story.
- Session 2: We’ll review your Prepare and Enrich assessment results and take a look at your family histories using a genogram (a visual family map).
- Sessions 3–6: These sessions are fully customized based on your goals and what we learn from your assessment—so you’ll focus on what matters most to your relationship.

- The Prepare and Enrich Workbook
- A Notarized Certificate of Completion for Premarital Couples
