Erin is originally from Phoenix, but has made Nashville her home for the last 12 years. She always knew she wanted to be in the healthcare field in some capacity, so began her journey by getting her undergrad degree in Physiological Sciences. She joined The Blue Zones team, whose mission is to help people live better for longer. Erin began to specifically focus on improving and supporting an individual’s well-being through coaching, tools and resources. Her passion for supporting people and helping them see results led her to become a Certified Holistic Coach and join The Happy Hour team.
Erin loves working with guests who are ready to take steps forward in life transformation and growth, exploring their purpose and the “why” they get up in the morning, and growing themselves within leadership and career movement. She believes each of these areas are intertwined and by uncovering who you are and what you want, anything is possible!
Working with Erin looks like having open, candid conversations on resetting, refocusing, and reprioritizing goals and finding the intrinsic motivators to move past the blocks that get in the way, so you can be an active creator in the life you want.

Erin is our resident adventurer. When she isn’t working, she is planning or taking trips around the world, exploring new and fun places within Nashville, or trying out new experiences. She is the lead coach for our Happy Hour Club; a social club for Nashville locals. If you are looking for guidance on how to reignite adventure into your life, Erin can help you find the bravery to book the trip, go to the event, or make new connections.
She is also passionate about helping guests with their health and well-being goals. Being a strong believer in the importance of taking care of yourself, not just mentally and emotionally, but physically as well.
Erin loves to help her guests find ways within themselves to get the results they are looking for. She will walk with you through tactile and approachable steps that you can start on day one.
Erin has worked with many individuals, teams, groups and communities over the course of her 14-year career, supporting them on goals surrounding teamwork, strategies, vision, and alignment on how to move forward together – creating culture and environments of well-being.
